Roxie Randolph

Roxie Randolph was named president of Assistance League of St. Louis for the 2018-2019 term.  She is the first African American to lead this all-volunteer organization that for more than 30 years has responded to the unmet needs of tens of thousands of St. Louisans. She served for more than 20 years as an engineer at Southwestern Bell (now AT&T) both in Texas and at the St. Louis headquarters and is now retired.
