Wiley Price IV was named Freshman Legislator of the Year by the Missouri House of Representatives for his advocacy of Criminal Justice. A Democrat, he represents part of the City St. Louis in House District 84. He told St. Louis Public Radio that Democrats, who are heavily outnumbered in the Missouri House, can make headway if they are willing to work with the Republican majority on issues of common agreement.
