Details for CITY OF ST. LOUIS BOARD OF ALDERMEN REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – YOUTH AT RISK PROGRAMS

The Public Safety Committee of the Board of Aldermen has approximately $950,000 available to award in calendar year 2020 for programs designed to prevent crimes perpetrated by youth in the City of St. Louis. The Committee is seeking proposals from qualified not-for-profit organizations to serve at-risk youth in the 11 to 24 year-old demographic. For the purposes of this RFP, crime prevention programs are defined as those programs that, either on an individual or group level, work to reduce the likelihood of youth involvement in criminal activity. An award range from $15,000 to $200,000 has been established for proposals submitted pursuant to this RFP. Please note the application will be online.
