The Normandy Schools Collaborative recently held a ceremonial groundbreaking at Jefferson Elementary School, celebrating the construction of a new building entrance, library media center, and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) studio. These improvements at Jefferson are possible due to the voters’ approval of Proposition N, the no-tax-rate increase bond issue. Pictured here from left: Craig Lucas, Kwame Building Group; Rev.
