Charlotte VM Ottley has been named director of communications and special initiatives for License Collector Michael McMillan’s office. She will serve as contact person for media relations and interviews involving the license collector and will also be responsible for intra-office and external communications.
Her career spans more than 30 years as an educator, award winning media executive and on-air talent with CBS and NBC-owned stations and other radio, cable and print media.
