Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri
has two openings for recruitment positions.
Responsibilities:
Planning, managing and executing efforts to
attract volunteers and children for our programs.
This includes, but is not limited to: identifying
new volunteer and client sources; developing
recruitment strategies; processing volunteers
and clients to ensure full entry into the program;
writing proposals; making presentations; and
ensuring recognition for our volunteer and client
relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and experience with
recruitment strongly preferred.
Must be available to attend events in the early
morning, evenings and weekends.
