Rumor has it that a bill in the state House of Representatives dedicating a Rosa Parks Day in Missouri has caused some strain amidst two legislators. It’s said state Rep. Amber Boykins initially received credit for sponsoring the bill, which drew the ire of state Rep. Esther Haywood, said to be the legitimate sponsor and originator of the measure.
