St. Louis Cardinals Opening Day will be filled with tributes to honor Hall of Famer Stan Musial. The ceremony will begin today (Mon., Apr. 8)  at 2:30 p.m., during which Stan’s four children will unveil a memorial marker in left center field.

The National Anthem will be performed by six members of the Gateway Harmonica Club of St. Louis. Musial was an honorary member of the club.

The team will also wear a jersey patch throughout the season that will honor the man who wore a St. Louis Cardinals uniform for more than two decades.

On April 12, the team will dedicate a plaque in his honor.

Musial died in January at the age of 92.
