Earlier this week, comedian Katt Williams was arrested in Portland, OR after he was accused of assaulting his driver over a dispute about transporting his dog.
Williams pleaded not guilty to 4th degree assault charges in Multnomah County Circuit Court on Monday. He remained in custody on a fugitive warrant out of Georgia before being released on Tuesday, Oct. 9 after Hall County declined to extradite him.
His next hearing is set for Nov. 16.
