The St. Louis VA Regional Office relocated from downtown St. Louis at 400 S. 18th Street to the John F. Prevedel Federal Building, located at 9700 Page Avenue (63132) on November 7. The new location is in the City of Overland.
The Regional Office is responsible for processing all benefit actions for Missouri Veterans. In addition to all Veteran’s benefits services and public contact functions, Page Ave. is the new location for all Veterans Service Organizations – the American Legion, AMVETS, Disabled American Veterans, Military Order of The Purple Heart, Missouri Veterans Commission, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
The move is part of the Federal Government’s effort to relocate government agencies out of leased facilities and into Federal Buildings. The move will allow the Regional Office to collocate services and employees while providing an improved facility to serve Missouri Veterans. The new location is accessible via public transportation (Page Avenue Bus #94) and has plentiful, free parking onsite.
