Michelle Smith was named executive vice president, head of Finance and Administration of Concordance Academy. She will be responsible for the daily operations and administration of the academy, as well as helping map a growth strategy. Most recently she was managing partner of a Houston-based architectural firm. The Concordance Initiative was created to address reincarceration and its many associated social problems.
