The Pyramid Companies has acquired Blue Ribbon Realtors Central West End office. It is now called Pyramid Properties.
“We are excited to add these sales professionals to our team. They will allow our company to expand our services to existing and future clients,” said Stan Presson, vice president of sales for Pyramid.
The former Blue Ribbon office on Laclede and Newstead was established in 2004 with three agents. In the past year and a half, it had grown to 15 agents who specialize in residential marketing and sales throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area, with sales exceeding $12 million.
The new office gives Pyramid the capacity of a full-service brokerage, responsible for selling residential, investment and commercial properties as well as land. The company also has development, construction, architecture, property management, and retail sales departments.
