Greensfelder has a well known and active business transaction practice, and the ideal Corporate Paralegal will help support our lawyers in connection with business transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized and flexible. The candidate will also possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, and must work well under strict deadlines. Candidates with a bachelor degree in business and a paralegal degree/certificate from an ABA/AAfPE program strongly preferred.
