Tiffany Franklin, of St. Louis, was appointed by Governor Nixon to serve on the 22nd Circuit Judicial Commission. The 22nd Judicial Circuit covers the City of St. Louis. When a vacancy occurs, the judicial commission nominates three people who meet the statutory requirements to serve as a judge. Those names are submitted to the Governor, who appoints one to the vacant position. Franklin is a systems engineer for Boeing Company.Â
