People.com was the first to report that Sean “Diddy” Combs will remain in jail until his May 2025 trial after voluntarily withdrawing his latest bail appeal. The entertainment news outlet said that it obtained court documents revealing details of the bail bid dismissal.
Combs had unsuccessfully requested for bail three times. He was first denied bail during his arraignment in federal court on Sept. 17, one day after his arrest in a Manhattan hotel room on federal six crime charges.
His second bail request was denied one day later on Sept. 18 by a different judge, who cited concerns of witness tampering.
His third request for bail was denied on Wednesday, Nov. 27. At the time of the third ruling, U.S. District Court Judge Arun Subramanian for the Southern District of New York cited several reasons in the decision, noting that Combs is a danger to the community and the seriousness of the violent crimes he has been charged with.

Eric Holder testified before the Sentencing Commission and Congress, after resigning, that since the 1991 Crime bill the U S Justice dept intentionally took the defendants Constitutional right to a fair trial bother following tactics:
Deny bond tokeep you from being out and about to fight your allegations.
They stacked charges to overwhelm the defendant thus inducing a plea bargain. (Stacking charges to plead to lesser offense.
Charge family, friends, and close associates with trumped up conspiracy charges to force a plea by you or induce these people to pressure you to plead.
They freeze accounts and make it harder to hire good defense lawyers.
They try you in the media turning prospective jurors before court dates.
All this to keep from going to trial and risk life or hundreds of years.
All this and more is being done to Diddy. In addition, I’m not sure the powers in this country are comfortable with a billionaire “like” Diddy. Hell, most don’t like Elon Musk as a billionaire. It’s obvious that the court is trying to destroy Diddy. I’m sure he has committed some bad choices and fucked alot of small time hustlers and workers but the Govt is dead wrong in this very obvious conspiracy to destroy Diddys say as an influential billionaire.
I like how you spin. The federal government has a great conviction rate, unlimited funds to throw at a trial. But, some feel like where there’s smoke, there’s fire.
Pay the Piper !!!
I agree
