This week’s photo gallery captures community voices calling for peace, as demonstrators gathered outside Soldiers Memorial in downtown St. Louis to protest the escalating conflict between the United States and Iran. The gallery also highlights the grand opening of the Northside Movement Center, a new home for community advocacy and organizing on the city’s north side. In the arts, the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra honors jazz legend John Coltrane with its Coltrane 100 celebration, while the local music scene comes alive as Daemon debuts his “Euphonic (Deluxe)” project during an energetic performance at The Dark Room at The Grandel.
