June Fowler named to Lambert CEO search committee
June Fowler, retired vice president of corporate and public communications at BJC HealthCare, has been appointed to the St. Louis Airport Authority search committee that will help recruit the next chief executive officer of St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
Current CEO Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge is scheduled to retire in August.
Mayor Cara Spencer will select the airport’s next CEO. Other members of the search committee include former San Diego International Airport CEO Kim Becker, Graybar Chair, President and CEO Kathy Mazzarella, Mayor’s Office Chief of Staff Casey Millburg, airport consultant Robert Montgomery and former U.S. Ambassador to Ireland Kevin F. O’Malley.
St. Louis County Port Authority accepting grant applications
The St. Louis County Port Authority is accepting applications for its 2026 Community Investment Fund grant program, which supports economic and community development projects led by nonprofit organizations.
Eligible applicants must have 501(c)(3) status and be located in St. Louis County or primarily serve county residents or businesses.
Funding may be used for programmatic initiatives or construction-related projects, including land acquisition, renovation, new construction and infrastructure improvements. Grant awards of up to $300,000 are available.
Applications are due Aug. 11. Grant recipients are expected to be announced in early 2027. To apply, visit stlpartnership.com/port-authority/cifa.
