A public hearing will be held in-person at 5:00pm September 24, 2026. Citizens may participate in the meeting and be heard on the property tax rate proposed to be set by the St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources, a political subdivision. The tax rate shall be set to produce substantially the same revenue as set forth in the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026.  Each tax rate is determined by dividing the amount of revenue required by the current assessed valuation, subject to statutory limits.
