State ballot measures

Measure Recommendation

Proposition A: Congressional map Vote NO

Amendment 3: Abortion and gender transition restrictions Vote NO

Amendment 6: Citizen initiative protections Vote YES

Amendment 7: Show-Me Prosperity Fund Vote NO

Amendment 8: County sheriffs Vote NO

Proposition A — Vote NO

Reject the 2025 congressional map and keep the boundaries enacted in 2022.

Amendment 3 — Vote NO

Keep existing constitutional protections for reproductive freedom and reject a constitutional ban on most abortions and gender transition procedures for minors. Existing state-law restrictions on gender transition care would remain in place.

Amendment 6 — Vote YES

Require approval from 80% of each legislative chamber before lawmakers could submit changes to citizen-approved measures to voters, who would then decide. Preserve existing petition signature requirements and statewide majority rule, prohibit legislative weakening of the petition process and protect courts’ authority to revise misleading ballot summaries.

Amendment 7 — Vote NO

Reject a permanent state investment fund intended to generate enough earnings to replace state taxes and allow their elimination.

General election: Nov. 3, 2026
