Halle Berry’s legal fight with ex-husband Olivier Martinez is stretching into another week, with a temporary restraining order against the actress remaining in place through the weekend. The former couple returned to a Los Angeles courtroom Friday for a fifth straight day of hearings tied to disputed abuse allegations and custody of their 13-year-old son, Maceo.
Berry’s fiancé, Van Hunt, also testified behind closed doors. Her daughter, Nahla Aubry, is expected to appear virtually when proceedings resume Monday. Berry has strongly denied any wrongdoing and is asking the court to dismiss the restraining order and restore equal physical custody.
According to Page Six, Friday’s session at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse opened with Martinez continuing testimony he began the day before. His appearance — like Hunt’s later in the afternoon — was held behind closed doors.
The case is expected to continue next week as the court hears additional testimony and reviews evidence tied to the custody dispute.
