Juanita Phillips-House received a grant from the Missouri Retired Teachers Fund. The grant will be used for the Young Author’s In Progress Project, in order for her class to publish a book of their writings. She is a second grade teacher at Duchesne Elementary School in the Ferguson-Florissant School District.
