Leonard D. Burton was named a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Study of Social Policy. Burton, of St. Louis, will play a key role in leading its Youth Thrive initiative to ensure healthy development and well-being for all youth, including those in foster care. Most recently, he was chief operating officer of Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative.
