Amber Gooding has joined the staff at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport as airport assistant director of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs. She is responsible for managing the City of St. Louis and Lambert Airport’s DBE and M/WBE certification and compliance programs. These programs promote business opportunities for disadvantaged, minority and women businesses for Airport and City departments. She was most recently the president/CEO of Diverse Resources, LLC.
