Rhonda Brandon has been appointed senior vice president and chief human resources officer at BJC HealthCare. As head of human resources, she has responsibility for all aspects of the human resources organization including strategy, planning, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
Brandon joined BJC in 2006 as vice president of human resources at Missouri Baptist Medical Center and was promoted to BJC vice president of human resources operations in 2010.
