The wife of First Sergeant Lawrence B. Webb, Francine B. Webb, continues to express her love and devotion on his first year anniversary since his departure on Aug 9, 2011. She still remembers their time spent together and the love he showed her during their 28 years of marriage. He was a great husband, great father and great provider, and she misses him dearly.
