The Downtown St. Louis Partnership recently partnered with Downtown residential properties to showcase the latest in luxury, affordable and convenient living at the annual Downtown Living Tour n the largest Downtown house tour ever in St. Louis.
The new urban living hotspot, Downtown has more than 5,700 units that have opened and another 1,000 in development. The two-day event gave the public an opportunity to see why over 9,000 residents now call Downtown St. Louis home.
The tour featured twenty Downtown living options, including Roberts Lofts on the Plaza, Enchanted Lofts, Adler Lofts, The Meridian, Paul Brown Loft Apts, The Annex Lofts, Marquette Condominiums, Alexander Lofts and Window Lofts (all new properties), along with Paristyle Lofts, WestGate Lofts, The Lofts at City Museum, Lofts at 2020 Washington, Edison Condominiums, Merchandise Mart Apts., Mansion House, Gentry’s Landing, Grace Lofts, Roberts Lofts on the Plaza, Bell Lofts and Railway Lofts.
