Dr. Adrienne Bland is the new director of elementary education for the Ferguson-Florissant School District. She will oversee the operation of the district’s 17 elementary schools and serve as a member of its academic leadership team. She has served the district since 2003 as principal of Combs Elementary, prior to being named acting director of elementary education during the 2013-2014 school year. Â
