Elizabeth Vega will receive a Women Making a Difference Award during the Herstory Weekend for her leadership in the arts and positive impact in the community. She is a leader of the Ferguson activist group “Artivists.” The ceremony will be held 8 p.m. Friday, March 27 at the Governor French Academy Art Space at 219 West Main St. in Belleville.
