Ericca Willis, a broker with Evergreen Resimercial Realty, LLC in St. Louis, has been elected president-elect of the Realtors Commercial Division board.
Willis holds designations as a National Commercial Real Estate Adviser and Certified Real Estate Investment Specialist.
She previously served as chapter president of the Realists of Metropolitan St. Louis, a division of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, whose mission focuses on promoting integrity, equity and advocacy in the real estate industry.
