Jabreia Taylor was named one of the 2016 HBCU All-Stars by the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities. A St. Louis native, she studies at Kentucky State University in Frankfort, Kentucky. The White House chose 73 students from 63 HBCUs for their accomplishments in academics, leadership and civic engagement. They will serve as ambassadors by providing outreach opportunities.
