Milton Mitchell was named principal of City Academy. He most recently served in administration at the Chadwick School in Palos Verdes, California. A native of Kinloch, he received his Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University. City Academy is the only private, independent elementary school in St. Louis and Missouri providing scholarship support to all students.Â
