Booker T. Rice, pastor and founder of New Horizon 7th Day Christian Church, has been ordained as a bishop by the Christian Church.
According to his certificate of ordination, Rice has “pastored, shepherded and conducted evangelistic services throughout the United States and Southern Africa.” He has been a spiritual and community leader within the St. Louis region.
Rice is a member of the Clergy Coalition of Metropolitan St. Louis and has served on various boards and committees throughout the area.
