Lutheran Family and Children’s Services has hired Reva Faber as director of behavioral health.

Under her leadership, Faber will ensure clinical teams have the support they need to provide the highest quality care to Missouri families.

Before joining LFCS, Faber held key leadership roles at CenterPointe Hospital in St. Charles, including director of clinical services, outpatient programming, and residential services.

She holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Walden University, and a bachelor’s from Southwestern University.

LFCS is a statewide agency headquartered in St. Louis, with regional offices in Columbia, Cape Girardeau, Springfield, Joplin, and Kansas City.
