Ruby C. Harriman of St. Louis has been appointed by Governor Jay Nixon to the Missouri Coordinating Board for Early Childhood, the State’s public/private entity for coordinating a cohesive system of early childhood programs and services. Since 1994, Harriman has been the owner, president and CEO of Daruby Enterprises, which includes an education and training company, and an early childhood education and child daycare center.
