DMX was sentenced to six months in an Arizona jail Tuesday after pleading guilty to five different probation violations involving drug use.
At his hearing a representative from VH1’s Celebrity Rehab presented the judge with a letter asking that DMX be released to their rehab program.
The judge has not made a decision yet, but said he was ‘open’ to the idea.
