Karrine Steffans – the self-proclaimed video vixen who has written books about her sexual encounters with famous rappers and athletes, has commented on the recent divorce drama surrounding one of her alleged conquests, Shaquille O’Neal.
In his divorce petition, Shaq accuses his wife of five years, Shaunie, of being “secretive about her assets … particularly with respect to certain properties owned or titled in either [her] name alone or in other entities” and requests that the court require her to give a “correct accounting of all money, funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities (including bearer securities)” acquired during the marriage.
Steffans tells the New York Daily News she remembers the 7 ft 4 athlete as someone who didn’t appear to be too concerned about money.
“On the first date, he gave me $10,000,” Steffans told the newspaper Wednesday. “Over four months, [he spent] more than $40,000 on me, as far as I can remember.”
In her book, “Confessions of a Video Vixen,” Steffans offers explicit details of her time spent with Shaq, as well as celebs Jay-Z, Ja Rule, Ice-T, Bobby Brown, Usher and others. So imagine the awkwardness when the author ran into Shaunie at an event last July.
“Just recently at the ESPY awards,” she said of her proximity to Shaq’s soon-to-be ex, “we both had the same hairstyle and everything.”
