The City of St. Louis Recorder of Deeds Office is offering those impacted by the May 16th tornado an opportunity to get birth certificates, death certificates and a copy of marriage licenses today only until 5:00 p.m. in the lobby of City Hall at 1200 Market Street in downtown St. Louis as part of the annual Black Pride celebration.
