“For I always pray to the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation (of insight into the mysteries and secrets) in the (deep and intimate) knowledge of Him, By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints.” Eph. 1: 17-18
Every believer has an inner source of power and ability living within them. This unlimited source of power, energy strength, and insight is just waiting to be tapped. As a believer, there must be a desire to know and understand what God has made available to you. There must be a desire to discover the deep and intimate things of God. If this inner desire for wisdom and knowledge is not manifested, you will always live beneath your privileges.
There are blessings that God wants to make available to you. There are steps toward fulfilling your destiny that God wants you to take. This knowledge and understanding will only be made known to you when you spend time in the presence of God seeking Him for Wisdom, knowledge and spiritual enlightenment.
The heart or inner man is the place where you will receive from God the knowledge to take positive steps of faith. This insight is referred to by God as revelation knowledge. It is insight that is given to you supernaturally by God’s Spirit.
The Holy Spirit living in you knows all things. He has the same attributes as God, the Father. He knows the things that God has planned for your life. He knows the direction that your life is suppose to take. When the believer taps into the mind of Christ and begins to seek God for wisdom and knowledge, God will begin to unfold His plan for their life.
This knowledge will be revealed when you spend time in the presence of God. Prayer, study and meditation on the word of God opens the door for wisdom and knowledge to come forth.
God’s Spirit knows all things. It is His responsibility to reveal to you the deeper unrevealed things of God. He is just waiting for one of God’s children to ask Him for help or to open up their understanding in an area where they lack knowledge. The Spirit is within you to lead and guide you into all understanding.
There are so many things that we as children of God try to accomplish on our own. We fail to realize that God has given us everything to we in order to be able to live the abundant life promised in His word. We look for success and happiness in all the wrong places. When it appears that success is not coming, we open our mouths and speak defeat or become angry. The attitude that we display when faced with a challenge will determine the lack of success that we will encounter.
Faith has to play a major role in the level of supernatural insight that will be received. Doubt, fear and worry can hinder what the Spirit is able to speak to you. And when these negative qualities are present in the life of a believer, they hinder your ability to hear from God. When you put more time into the negative, the positive will take wings and go the opposite direction.
Do you feel like to you are lacking in wisdom and understand? Are you at a point in your life where you really do not know what to do? Does it feel like you are traveling on a highway blindfolded? Well, today you need to get aquatinted with the Holy Spirit. God has promised that He would not have you ignorant and that He would show you things to come. It is time to stop wondering and guessing about what is going to happen. Spend time in the presence of God expecting to receive insight, wisdom and knowledge.
Our God is faithful. Whatever He promises, He delivers. He already knows exactly what you need. He is just waiting for you to ask in faith expecting to get an answer.
Every idea and invention that was ever formulated has come from God. If you seek after Him you will receive whatever you need to live victorious. Our God is all-knowing. He will gladly reveal to you His plan for your life. Ask and you will receive. Trust Him to do no less than what He has promised in His word.
This all-knowing God has the key to all that you will ever need to take you from one level of success to the next. Stop struggling and start seeking to have a relationship with God by His Spirit.
