The junior sprinter was one of the top individual performers at last weekend’s Class 5, Distict 3 meet at Eureka.
Williams swept all three of the sprints as she won district championships in the 100-, 200- and 400-meter dashes. As a sophomore, Williams earned All-State honors in three events at the 2018 Class 5 state championships. She won the state championship in the 400, finished second in the 100 and third in the 200.
Williams will be competing in the Class 4, Sectional 2 meet at Lafayette on Saturday.
