If it’s not plays or belly laughs but boys spinning around on the ground and just kind of going nuts in a dancer kind of way, then get your weekend on at Durte Tactixs Breakdancing Jam, also this Saturday, May 21, from 1-10 p.m. Hard competition will start at 6 p.m. It’s going down, and up, at Friedens Church Fellowship Hall, 3950 N. 19th St. Four-person crews will battle for an $800 prize. Judges are coming from Texas, Milwaukee and K.C. DJs Trackstar (Honors English, St. Louis), Skinny (St. Louis) and Nemesis (Rocksolid, Texas) will bring the noise.
