Rapper 50 Cent reached a plea deal with prosecutors in Springfield, Massachusetts for allegedly assaulting two women and punching another during a scuffle at a Springfield nightclub last May.

Allhiphop.com reports that 50 Cent will receive no jail time but he must stay drug-free for two years. If the rapper stays out of trouble, the charges will be dropped.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred at the Hippodrome nightclub in Springfield, Massachusetts, on May 8, 2004. According to authorities, 50 Cent made a surprise appearance, and about 10 minutes into the rapper’s performance someone in the crowd threw a cup of water on him.

50 Cent removed his gold chain and jumped into the crowd. His bodyguards and members of his entourage followed him. A scuffle ensued, and the rapper and his entourage were eventually forced back on stage by the club’s security guards.
