Eddie Murphy’s wife just got raw. Citing irreconcilable differences, Nicole Murphy filed for divorce from her comic actor husband of 12 years, Extra reported. The model filed the papers in Los Angeles Superior Court, and has retained famed divorce attorney Neal Hersh, who has repped the likes of Brad Pitt and Kim Basinger in their respective divorce cases. Murphy’s publicist, Paul Bloch, confirmed the split to E! Friday with a statement from the thespian saying, “The welfare of our children is our main concern, and their best interest is our first priority.” Nicole birthed five of Murphy’s children: Brea, Shayne, Zola, Miles and the recently born Bella Zahra; the comedian has another child, Christian, from a previous relationship. The beauty is asking for custody of the kids and is seeking spousal support, according to Extra.
