On Monday Bobbi Kristina Brown was moved to a hospice facility after languishing in the hospital for seven months after being found unresponsive in her bathtub.

Last week, Bobbi Kristina’s court appointed guardian filed a civil lawsuit against her companion Nick Gordon accusing him of abuse and theft.

11 Alive TV says that the lawsuit alleges Gordon used that “misrepresentation” as Brown’s husband to “control Brown and limit with whom she could interact.”

The suit claims that Gordon answered Brown’s cell phone, wouldn’t allow her to make appointments without his permission and “manipulated her bank relationship so that she could access her money.

The suit says Gordon allegedly transferred Brown’s money into an account solely controlled by him without her authorization. According to the lawsuit, Gordon began to question Brown’s access to trust funds, and “threatened one of the trustees with guns and other violent weapons. That trustee obtained a restraining order against Gordon on April 14, 2014, the lawsuit states.

While no criminal charges have been filed, insiders close to celebrity news program “Entertainment Tonight” claim Gordon has hired a top notch criminal defense team.

“Sources close to Gordon’s legal team tell ET that Atlanta criminal defense attorney Joe Habachy, Gordon’s lead lawyer, is preparing to bring in famous attorney Jose Baez – who is best-known for serving as the lead defense attorney for Casey Anthony,” Entertainment Tonight said.

Anthony was found not guilty of the first degree murder trial where she was charged with killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony, in 2011.

Another person reportedly being brought onto the team is TJ Ward, one of the private investigators who worked on the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, an American teenager who went missing in Aruba while on a high school graduation trip in 2005.
