Back in March, “The Real Housewives of Potomac” cast member Karen Huger was arrested for drunk driving after crashing her Maserati into a pole.
According to the records – obtained by several media outlets – Huger was also charged with failure to control vehicle speed on a highway to avoid collision, driving a vehicle in excess of reasonable and prudent speed on a highway, driving a vehicle on a highway with suspended registration, and failure of licensee to notify administration of change of address within 30 days.
A rep for Huger confirmed to People.com that Huger was found guilty on all charges except reckless driving.
“Although we are disappointed in the jury’s verdict, we of course respect their decision and appreciate their time hearing our case,” her attorney A. Scott Bolden shared in a statement with Eonline.com. “We continue to reserve Mrs. Huger’s right to an appeal and intend to fully pursue justice on her behalf.”
She is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 29.

Her arrogance and entitlement are matched by her stupidity. The police bodycam clearly showed how extremely drunk she was. And she had the nerve to plead “not guilty”. I hope she gets prison time. She has shown no remorse for her actions. Lock her up!
Everyone makes mistakes,that’s a given BUT when your TV character presents as “Grand Dame” superior in age and experience and holier than thou,we have to look at things differently.
This is a BIG lesson learned I hope
