Earlier this month Al B. Sure went on a promo tour for his upcoming memoir, “Do You Believe Me Now?” During the tour, he implied Sean “Diddy” Combs, was to blame for his massive organ failure and Kim Porter’s untimely death.
Lawanda “Lala” Lane, one of Kim Porter’s closest friends and guardian for her twin daughters Jesse and Delilah, clapped back at the allegations.
“Let me be very clear on Kim’s passing. Nobody but her closest friends and our children were there…to speak so recklessly on stuff that you know nothing about…,” Lane told TMZ.com.
“You saw that woman two months before, for an hour. You were not friends. You did not have a discussion…”
Sure is the biological father of Porter’s eldest son Quincy.
“It’s wrong,” Lane continued. “It’s wrong to her children. Wrong to her family…her father is still alive. For the world to take on this narrative and this craziness. What is the benefit for Sean not to have the mother of his kids..? There is no benefit! She was not writing a book…she had kids who knew she was not well…”
