Jurors have reportedly reached a partial verdict in the criminal trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs on Tuesday, July 1.
According to The New York Post, the panel of eight men and four women was ordered to keep deliberating by Manhattan federal court Judge Arun Subramanian. The jury reported that it had reached a verdict on four out of five counts — but couldn’t agree on the top charge of racketeering conspiracy.
The jury decided to conclude its deliberations for the day on Tuesday, July 1 and return on Wednesday at 9 a.m.
The Bad Boy Records founder is accused of leading a criminal enterprise for two decades that allegedly plotted to commit arson, kidnapping, sex-trafficking and other offenses.
Combs, 55, was arrested in September on the charges. He has remained in detention since his arrest and could face life in prison if convicted of the most serious charges.
Combs pleaded not guilty.
