Students at Lincoln University in Jefferson City are encouraged to apply for merit scholarships recently created when The Bank of America Charitable Foundation donated $100,000 to the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund for 15 students attending on the TMSF member colleges and universities in areas Bank of America serves.
Applying students must have:
A high school GPA of not less than 3.0; a combined verbal/math score of 1100 or more on the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or a score of 25 or higher on the American College Testing (ACT) examination; be recommended by their high school as academically exceptional or outstanding in the creative and performing arts; demonstrated financial need and maintain not less than 3.0 GPA each year for the duration of the scholarship.
