The Fellows Program, run by Valerie Patton at the St. Louis Regional Chamber, is a yearlong leadership development experience designed to address the interests and challenges of multicultural professional talent. Thirty percent of its 72 participants are foreign-born and will help the St. Louis Mosaic Project build career pathways for immigrants.
