The St. Louis Minority Business Council (SLMBC) has named Dana P. Hill Director, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Development. Prior to his new position, Hill served as Senior Project Manager for SLMBC’s Focused Growth Program (FGP), an initiative to spur the growth and expansion of already successful minority-owned businesses.
In his new position, Hill will be responsible for MBE education, MBE development, MBE certification, and the FGP. He joined the Council staff in March 2006 as Senior Project Manager of the SLMBC’s Focused Growth Program. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Hill has held roles for The Boeing Company, American Airlines, Xerox and most recently Director of Procurement Analysis for Peabody Energy.
