The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis will present its annual State of the Chamber meeting Thursday, January 20 at the World Trade Center Building, 121 S. Meramec Ave., in rooms 1012 and 1013.

St. Louis County is hosting, and County Executive Charlie Dooley will attend. The event starts at 6 p.m., with the formal program at 7 p.m. For more information, contact the Chamber at info@hccstl.com, or 314-664-4432.

Also, four members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber have been elected as officers for 2011.

The new president is Castor Armesto, an attorney with Stinson Morrison Hecker and the current vice president of the Chamber. Emma Espinoza of AT&T, the current secretary, will assume the duties of vice president. The new secretary is Jaime Torres, and the new treasurer is Ricky Vigil of RubinBrown.

All four officers will serve a one-year term from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
